CD Recording	$20 per disc Plus $20 for overnight delivery, or $10 for two-day delivery up to five CDs
Transcriptions	$150 per hour (1 hr. minimum) and $75 per hour thereafter. Price includes paper and/or electronic media and 5 business day delivery. $25 each for additional transcript copy requested. $25 for three business day delivery, or $150 for 24-48 hour delivery
Q&A	$1.00 per participant
Participants List	$10 per list (fax or [e]mail)
Polling	$1.00 per participant
Editing of Recorded Conferences	$50 per hour (½ hour minimum)
Digital Replay	$25 per day for set up and maintenance; $.040 per minute. Daily fee includes a list of up to 25 participants for name capture replays only. Additional charges of $2 per participant over 25

Unscheduled Call Policy

Clients that have not scheduled their conferences proir to the assembly of their call are subject to a $25 service charge for the accomodation.

Cancelation Policy

30 minutes or more notice is required for cancelation, or a 425 service charge will apply.

100+ line reservations require a 24 hour. See Line Guarantee policy below

Line Guarantee Policy

For calls with 100+ lines reserved there is a minumum charge of 80% of the reserved lines at the client's Attended Meet Me rate, regardless of attendance, or a $990 penatly plus usage charges.
